1. I am at least 18 years of age and / or have the legal right to possess adult material in my community. I am not offended by adult material including such things as Sex Toys, Bondage, vibrators and other adult products. If I use these services in violation of this agreement, I understand I may be in violation of local and federal laws and am solely responsible for my actions. By entering the website, I will have released and discharged the providers, owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise.

2. All goods supplied by AllUKSexToys.Com remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full.

3. All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. AllUKSexToys.Com cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.

4. This site trades in accordance with recent EU directives for online trading as follows:

a: We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card  details. Please see our 'Your Security' page.

b: All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable).

Our returns conditions are:

a. The goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

b. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

c. The goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you placed your order.

d. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable. 
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. Notice is given that free offers will be accounted for, if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level. 

5. Your credit card is charged in the name of our fulfilment company.

6. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to us within 3 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 90 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund).

7. All products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images displayed.

8. AllUKSexToys.Com cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.

Q. IS THIS SITE SECURE FOR TAKING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

Q. IS YOUR SERVICE TOTALLY DISCREET AND CONFIDENTIAL? 
A. YES! ABSOLUTELY. AllUKSexToys.com will always treat your order and enquiry with total discretion. Our reputation has been built on the confidence that our customers have every time they order with us. Your order is sent in a strong, padded, plain mailing bag and DOES NOT mention our name anywhere on the outside of the package.

Q. HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 
A. All orders received Monday to Friday during working hours will be shipped that day guaranteed. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day. UK based orders are send via Royal Mail 1st class delivery and usually arrive within 1 to 2 working days. However 5 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived. European orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days and international orders usually arrive within 10 working days. SPECIAL DELIVERY ORDERS ARE GUARANTEED TO ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY IF WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 4PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY (UK only). Payment by cheque with your card number on the reverse is subject to the normal clearance time. Occasionally, due to the huge amount of orders we receive every day, an item may go out of stock temporarily. If this should happen you will be notified of any delay and offered a full refund if you so desire.

Q. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM I RECEIVE IS FAULTY?
A. Simply return it to us stating what is wrong. We will happily exchange it for you.

Q. IF I PAY BY CREDIT CARD - DO YOU SPECIFY ON MY BANK STATEMENT WHAT I HAVE ORDERED? 
A. NO. Bank or card statements will not mention sex in any way or detail what you have ordered from us. We process credit cards through Lloyds TSB CardNet and the name of our fulfilment company is what will appear on your statement.

A. We are constantly on the look out for new products that we can offer our customers. When they have been tested and we are thoroughly satisfied with the quality and value for money, we will put them onto our site.

Our credit card HTML pages are hosted by Secure Trading Ltd, the approved payment processor of our bankers Lloyds TSB. All communication within the Secure Trading system are strongly encrypted, using 2048-bit RSA encryption with variable 168-bit session keys. This is significantly more secure than standard browser SSL security provided by, e.g. Internet Explorer. The high level of encryption used is forecast as not being a requirement until the year 2015.
